We're growing and continuing to increase our global reach! For this we are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Associate who will be part of our amazing Sales Team.
What you will do 💻 :
- Be the face of Impress, greet customers, explain our product, financing options, and guide customers through timelines and expectations.
- Deliver on your sales objectives, ensure you achieve your sales conversion targets, and provide best-in-class patient care so that all patients are excited to start treatment.
- Meet or exceed your monthly KPIs
- Solve issues or any problems relating to patients in collaboration with the clinic team or headquarters teams as needed
- Engage and form a genuine connection with our customers
- Help our customers complete the questionnaire and paperwork prior to starting the 3D scan.
- Travel to other clinics to meet business needs.
- Respond to all calls and emails with a sense of urgency.
- Follow up with potential customers and keep them in a pipeline for future occasions.
- Help the booking agents and patient care agents for smooth appointment planning.
- Embrace, be adaptive and respond timely to constructive customer and team feedback.
- Sign contracts with customers who are buying our product.
- Be responsible for the financial process of our product, explaining and giving details to the clients.
- Explain to the customers the role of customer care support during the treatment process.
- Monitors stay in compliance with the use of regulation outfits and looks.
- Supports and participates in continuing education and other appropriate experiences to improve professional competence.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Line Manager(s).
What do you need to be successful in this position 💡:
- Native or Bilingual level of Dutch;
- Fluent English (B2-C1);
- At least 1 year experience in closing B2C Sales;
- Good command of IT skills and cloud service;
- Nice to have: experience in the dental sector.
