We’re looking for:
We are looking for a Sales Team Leader. The person will the Sales team's internal (inside the clinic), and also manage the selling inside the Dr.Smile Rotterdam clinic.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead & inspire our internal Sales and Inside Sales team members
- Set and track sales targets/KPIs & drive excellent results
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts
- Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process
- Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement & retention
- Liaise with other departments, e.g. Contact Center, Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales.
- Replace Clinic Manager duties directly in our clinics from the Impress group.
- Drive & lead various projects within your organisation in order to improve our processes, customer satisfaction and overall results.
- Create best-selling processes and speeches and coach team members to achieve set KPIs.
- Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products.
- Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the HR team, participating in the hiring processes when required.
- Build an open-communication culture inside your team.
What you need to be successful:
- At least +4 years of working experience leading a sales team, including agents and team leads.
- Fluent English & Dutch.
- Data focus with strong organizational skills.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and resolve conflicts.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
