Embedded Software Developer (m/f/d)

• You become part of our software development team for modern radar and radar-camera hybrid sensors, applied in the automotive and traffic industry
• You develop and implement RADAR-specific algorithms that run on high-performance multi-core processors with hardware accelerators in C or using special SPT (Signal Processing Toolbox) kernels
• You write clean and maintainable state-of-the-art code used in Linux and Bare Metal sensor platforms
• You work with reference models or SDKs but optimize those for specific hardware accelerators and bring radar signal processing to our embedded sensor products
• Also, you solve challenging tasks and help to develop and maintain our innovative software stack

• Completed studies in Engineering, Computer Science or similar
• As an experienced embedded software developer, you have expertise in hardware accelerators (DSPs or similar)
• You have a solid understanding of software design patterns, software architecture, software testing and the programming of low-level drivers
• Profound knowledge of the programming language C with focus on embedded applications characterize you
• C++, Python and Embedded Linux (Yocto) are a plus, first experience with RADAR systems is beneficial
• Experience with data sheets, schematics, common measurement, technical analysis and debugging are advantageous, basic knowledge of signal processing (FFT, CFAR) is a plus
• You can take responsibility, and it is easy for you to work out and evaluate solutions independently
• You are a team player with good communication skills in English, German would be a plus
