• Modellieren mit Präzision: Du erstellst BIM-Modelle aus Punktwolkendaten – millimetergenau und strukturiert.
• Zeichnungen mit Weitblick: Grundrisse, Schnitte, Ansichten – was du baust, ist die Basis für starke Entscheidungen.
• Flächen verstehen: Du berechnest nach WoFlV, DIN 277 oder MF-GIF – weil Fläche nicht gleich Fläche ist.
• Punktwolken lesen wie ein Buch: Du weißt, wie man Daten zum Sprechen bringt – und sie in nutzbare Architektur überführt.

• Precision modeling: You create detailed BIM models based on point cloud data – accurate and structured.
• Drawing with vision: From these models, you generate 2D plans – floor plans, sections, and elevations.
• Area calculations: You calculate floor areas in accordance with WoFlV, DIN 277 or MF-GIF – because not all square meters are equal.
• Point cloud analysis: You know how to interpret spatial data and translate it into intelligent architectural models.

Voraussetzungen:

• Du bist Architekt:in oder Bauzeichner:in und arbeitest gerne remote
• Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, präzise, lösungsorientiert.
• Du liebst Klarheit und hast Spaß daran, mit anderen zielführend zu kommunizieren.
• Du sprichst Englisch. Deutsch ist ein Plus.
• Du bringst sehr gute Erfahrung mit ARCHICAD und 3D Modellierung mit.
• Dein Setup: ein leistungsfähiger Rechner, schnelles Internet
