We are currently seeking an Amazon Account Manager to ensure account health and optimize product performance on Amazon through listing enhancements.

Tasks

As our Amazon Account Manager, you’ll play a vital role in managing and optimizing our Amazon presence, driving our brand’s success on the platform. Key responsibilities include:

  • Account Health & Compliance: Monitor account health metrics and ensure adherence to Amazon policies to avoid suspensions.
  • Product Listing Management: Create, edit, and optimize product listings with a focus on SEO best practices and keyword integration.
  • Pricing & Promotions: Set and adjust product prices based on competitor research, manage promotions, and execute discount strategies during key sales events.
  • Case Management & Issue Resolution: Open and manage cases with Amazon Seller Support for any listing, order, or account-related issues. Troubleshoot ASIN rejections, listing suppressions, and inventory issues.
  • Brand Registry & Intellectual Property Protection: Utilize Amazon’s Brand Registry and tools like Project Zero to safeguard intellectual property and monitor for counterfeit products.
  • Sales & Performance Analysis: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, conversion rates, and revenue trends, providing insights for strategic decisions.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth and positioning.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience in managing Amazon Seller/Vendor accounts, with a strong understanding of Amazon’s platform and policies.
  • Expertise in listing optimization, and compliance best practices.
  • Analytical skills with a data-driven approach to track performance and forecast sales.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, especially in navigating Amazon support and resolving account issues.
  • Knowledge of Amazon’s Brand Registry, IP protection, and competitive research tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and Amazon support.
