As a member of our engineering team, you’ll take on a key role in this process and see your work be used by thousands of users worldwide.

🔍 What we're looking for

We're looking for a passionate senior or lead frontend engineer to join our team. You have experience working with a software product in an early-stage startup or in a company that values innovation, great user experience, and technical quality.

• Design and prototype beautiful, high quality products that ship quickly.
• Iterate actively with prototypes at all levels of design fidelity, informed by user research, market trends, and business goals.
• Drive research, ideation, prototyping and testing features that solve customer problems and drive growth for SIRIUS.
• Collaborate within and across teams to ensure that relevant insights and business goals guide what we build.
• Collaborate regularly with engineers to ship high-quality experiences.
• Help define and document product design practices, processes and how design operates at SIRIUS.
• Facilitate ongoing design reviews and iterations during the sprint.
• Assist in growing and eventually leading the product design team when the company grows.

• 3-5 years of experience designing digital products across platforms (web, desktop and mobile).
• A solid portfolio demonstrating excellent product designs delivered within a competitive growth/startup environment.
• Ability to think through complex interaction design.
• Experience with and skills within the whole design process: from research and early ideation to delivering final designs for implementation.
• The ability to clearly articulate your thoughts and rationale behind design choices and the problems or needs they address.
• Experience with using Figma to express ideas in design and prototyping
• Highly motivated and self-driven, with confidence and the ability to think on your feet in a constantly changing environment.
• Plus: Experience in the education, music, or gaming sector.
