Our customer is developing a new ERP, CRM and POS system based on Microsoft Dynamics 365. The system will be implemented in around 2,000 branches and headquarters. The goal is to offer more efficient processes and individualized, digital solutions to the customers while also laying the foundation for future-oriented business models.

To manage the integration, interfaces and the alignment with connected system owners/projects, we are searching for an integration manager with a very strong IT project management background.

**Contract**: Freelance

**Duration**: 6 months (extension possible)

**Work-load**: Full-time

**Location**: Hannover, 2-3 days per week onsite

**Industry**: Automotive

## Tasks

*   Oversee the whole system landscape incl. all relevant interfaces and connected systems.
*   Develop (simplified) technical overviews for program management and other business stakeholders.
*   Strong stakeholder management and project management activities between the business and IT to ensure that all parties (parallel/connected systems/projects) are informed, aligned and risks are mitigated.
*   Regular alignment with the connected system owners/project managers of the parallel projects. Analysis of the dependencies and the technical implications on the systems, releases and interfaces.
*   Oversee the MS Dynamics365 product roadmap and derive implications for the eDRIVE365 project planning.
*   Building the bridge between IT, System Architects, connected systems and business.

## Requirements

*   15+ years of work experience within system engineering/ERP programs as an integration manager and/or IT project manager with proven experience in MS Dynamics365.
*   Strong organization and stakeholder management skills with a hands-on mindset and drive.
*   Several years of leadership experience in IT project management (preferably in an international and complex project environment).
*   Experience in project management methodologies and frameworks (e.g. PMI, PRINCE2, SCRUM, SAP Activate, SAFe).
*   Requires excellent problem solving and analytical skills to resolve a variety of routine and complex issues.
*   Proven capability in negotiation, conflict resolution and stakeholder management.
*   Business level fluency in English both written and verbal. German is nice to have.
