Your focus is on methodology, governance, risk management, and international coordination rather than technical system configuration.

Tasks
- Review and release local GDPR-related documentation
- Prepare and coordinate Transfer Impact Assessments (TIA) and DPIAs
- Define unified methodologies, templates, and minimum standards
- Support local legal assessments and intra-group data transfer agreements
- Align with local Data Protection Coordinators, Legal, and HR teams
- Identify, prioritize, and document data protection risks
- Prepare management decision papers and document risk acceptance
- Track documentation and progress in an agile project setup
Requirements
- 10+ years experience
- Strong experience in GDPR and international data protection
- Strong and proven experience working with international stakeholders and local entities
- Hands-on expertise with TIA, DPIA, and cross-border data transfers
- Structured, pragmatic, and governance-oriented working style
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Collaboration with international project and HR teams
- Experience with EU employee data protection or works council contexts
- Fluent in English
Nice to have:
- Basic understanding of HR IT systems (non-technical)
- Experience with international Oracle HCM implementations
