Our **automotive customer** is in the process of becoming independent as part of a larger organizational transformation. To support this transition, we are looking for an experienced **EDI Consultant / EDI Coordinator** to oversee the **migration of existing EDI systems** to an external service provider.

The role focuses on **process coordination, stakeholder communication, and testing** — not on technical development or interface setup.

Framework Conditions

## Tasks

*   Act as the main coordinator between business stakeholders, external EDI service providers, and trading partners
*   Support the outsourcing and migration of existing EDI systems and interfaces connected to SAP 
*   Ensure effective communication, alignment, and documentation between all parties
*   Monitor, test, and validate EDI message exchanges and data quality
*   Coordinate and document issue resolution, test cases, and go-live activities
*   Define and implement processes and governance structures for the new EDI setup
*   Oversee daily EDI operations to ensure stability and smooth data exchange

## Requirements

*   Minimum 6 years of experience in EDI coordination, business integration, or interface management
*   Solid understanding of EDI processes and standards (e.g. EDIFACT, ANSI X12, IDoc)
*   Experience in SAP-related EDI integration, particularly with MM, SD, and PP modules 
*   Experience in collaborating with external EDI providers and managing multiple partners
*   Hands-on experience with testing and validation of EDI connections and data flows
*   Excellent organizational and communication skills in an international environment
*   Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented working style
*   Fluent English (spoken and written)
*   Ability to work independently
