PMO (ERP/SAP/IT-Systems Rollout) for our Talent Pool in Hungary - Freelance

To be able to expand our network, we are searching for experienced and high-qualified experts for our talent pool in Hungary. We permanently staff projects in an international environment with a minimum duration of 6 -12 months.

We are currently looking for Senior Project Management Officers (PMOs) with solid experience in ERP/IT rollouts, preferably with a background in SAP programs.

• Language Skills: English and Hungarian required

Please note: As this position is part of our talent pool, specific tasks and responsibilities will be defined based on the actual project assignment and client requirements.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a PMO and/or Project Manager in complex ERP projects, programs, or system rollouts
• Experience in SAP rollout programs is a strong advantage
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks
• Familiarity with agile delivery models such as Scrum and/or SAFe
• Strong organizational and time management skills with a proactive, hands-on attitude
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and accurately in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Experience using JIRA or similar project management tools
• Proficient in preparing management presentations, maintaining tracking tools, templates, and project documentation
• Fluent in English and Hungarian, both spoken and written
• Partial on-site presence required in Budapest
