PMO (S/4Hana Program) for our Talent Pool

To be able to expand our network, we are searching for experienced and high-qualified experts for our talent pool. We permanently staff projects in an international environment with a minimum duration of 6-12 months.

Currently, we are looking for a PMO with experience in international ERP programs and/or IT system rollouts with min. 4 years’ experience in this role.

Our clients are mostly located in the DACH region. Therefore, only applications from candidates within the EU can be considered.

• Works closely with Business and IT leads to track project deliverables and tasks
• Ensure project planning is set up and activities and status is tracked and managed
• Support governance structure and reporting
• Prepare top management presentations
• Stakeholder management and communication
• Set up and manage JIRA

• Minimum 4+ years of experience as PMO and/or Project Manager in complex projects, programs and system rollouts within ERP
• Knowledge of agile working methods like Scrum and/or SAFe
• Understanding of project management processes and methods
• Time management and organizational skills, hands-on mentality
• Communication and project management skills
• Ability to work independently in a demanding and dynamic environment in an efficient and accurate manner
• Experienced in using project management tools, such as Smartsheet
• Experience working with JIRA
• Experience in preparation of management presentation, tracking tolls, templates and project frameworks and documentations
• Excellent skills in English spoken and written
