At Shiftmove, we’re on a mission to reshape fleet tech in Europe. By uniting Avrios and Vimcar—two of the most respected SaaS platforms in mobility—we’re creating something entirely new, tailored to the complex needs of today’s fleets.

Now, we’re looking for a Brand Designer who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and shape how this new brand comes to life. You’ll play a key role in visually connecting our values with our audiences across all touchpoints—web, social, campaigns, print, environments, and more.

What you’ll do

  • Own and evolve the Shiftmove brand expression, ensuring visual consistency across all channels—from landing pages to ad campaigns to conference booths.
  • Bring our brand to life with motion. We’re serious about animation, transitions, and small delightful moments. Motion design is a core part of this role.
  • Work hand-in-hand with our Brand Director, Growth Marketing team, Product Designers, and external partners.
  • Design assets for a wide range of formats: presentations, infographics, illustrations, animations, social media visuals, performance marketing, and more.
  • Apply and push our design language across all assets, identifying where we can scale and where we can be bold.
  • Own timelines and manage design workstreams across departments.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in brand design, with a strong portfolio showcasing identity systems, campaigns, and motion work.
  • You're fluent in Figma and know how to use it for everything from high-fidelity mockups to scalable design systems and collaborative workflows.
  • You’re confident using motion and animation to elevate storytelling—whether through animations, microinteractions, or social content.
  • You’re comfortable with tools like Canva and open to experimenting—we're currently using Lottielab and testing others. We value adaptability and choose tools that fit the challenge, not the other way around.
  • A strong eye for detail and typography, with the ability to think both conceptually and in systems.
  • Comfortable collaborating across teams and guiding non-designers through the creative process.
  • German language skills are a plus, and you're comfortable engaging with external stakeholders in German when required
  • Bonus: skills in 3D, Webflow, or front-end implementation.
