As our (Senior) Growth Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of our growth roadmap, identify and scale the right acquisition levers, and serve as a key driver of pipeline acceleration at Shiftmove. This role blends strategic foresight with operational excellence, and offers the opportunity to directly influence how we grow across Europe.
What You Will Do
- Design and lead the growth marketing strategy, owning the roadmap for new and existing demand channels (paid, organic, referral, partnerships, lifecycle).
- Drive cross-channel experiments to unlock scalable acquisition opportunities across Paid Search, Display, Paid Social, and email campaigns.
- Develop, execute and evaluate campaign experiments, landing pages, creatives, and targeting strategies in close collaboration with Product Marketing, Brand, and Web teams.
- Own the performance dashboarding and reporting layer, tracking impact on pipeline, CAC, channel ROI, and payback across all growth initiatives.
- Introduce new growth levers including community activations, referral mechanics, 3rd-party newsletters, or partner campaigns.
- Collaborate with GTM stakeholders (Sales, RevOps, Product) to align growth programs with our buyer journey, funnel stages, and OKRs.
