We are looking for a hands-on IT Administrator to join us onsite, taking ownership of our internal IT landscape and helping shape the future of our IT environment.
What You’ll Do
- First Point of Contact: Serve as the go-to person for any IT, network, or hardware issues in the office.
- Internal IT Support: Handle tickets, offer adhoc onsite help, and support employees with device setups, troubleshooting, and data transfers.
- Hardware & Network Management: Maintain the office network, printers, tablets, and meeting room equipment; manage purchasing, setup, and recycling of hardware.
- SaaS Administration: Take ownership of tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, CallOne (VoIP), and 1Password. Manage user accounts from onboarding to offboarding.
- Security & Compliance: Maintain endpoint security, manage phishing training campaigns (via SoSafe), and work on endpoint hardening and MDM/RMM improvements.
- Process Optimisation: Support in streamlining and automating IT processes. Review and refactor existing practices, suggest and introduce better tools and structures.
- Project Ownership: Lead initiatives like improving our SaaS management platform (Trelica), enhancing endpoint security, and managing local admin access removal.
What Success Looks Like
Your Profile
- Experienced: Background in Internal IT Support or System Administration, ideally in fast-paced, multi-platform environments
- Tech-savvy: Confident with both MacOS (JamF) and Windows (Intune), plus hands-on experience managing SaaS tools and user access
- Ownership mindset: You’ve set up and managed systems end-to-end ,not just followed instructions
- Security-aware: Comfortable implementing basic endpoint security practices (e.g. 2FA, admin rights, USB policies)
- Proactive & independent: You take initiative, solve problems without waiting for direction, and drive projects forward
- Team player onsite: Approachable, collaborative, and happy to support colleagues — fully onsite (5 days/week) is a must

- Office management tasks (supplies, kitchen, etc.)
- Janitorial or general facility maintenance
