Shyfter is an HR-Tech SaaS company founded in 2019 in Brussels, Belgium. With Shyfter, we focus on solving staff scheduling problems through our cutting-edge web and mobile applications. In a nutshell, we scrap all the boring tasks related to employee scheduling and HR.

## Tasks

*   Development and execution of successful SEO strategies
*   Team management of freelance content writers & translators
*   Guide copywriters through keyword research & editorial guidelines
*   Recommend fixes for technical SEO issues
*   Optimize search copy, website content, and landing pages.
*   Implement updates into our WordPress public website
*   Oversee off-page optimization projects (e.g. link building, link baiting)
*   Gather relevant keyword idea & research
*   Report on aspects of SEO such as traffic and rankings٫ collect data
*   Optimize campaigns through work with social media and PPC teams
*   Remain current on SEO trends as well as integrated marketing trends
*   Continuously measure and improve content performance; create reports leveraging Google Analytics, Search console, HubSpo
*   Build and maintain editorial calendar and written guidelines
*   Work closely with senior leaders, marketing teammates, and other departments to create effective communications strategies that articulate our product’s core benefits properly and consistently
*   Interact with content specialists, graphic designers and internal/external team members to create and review all content & ensure consistent message
*   Management of all creative resources including designers, writers, and other agency personnel
*   Build and track benchmarks for measuring success and ROI
*   Ensuring that site performance analysis, SEO tactics and media insights are continuously used to optimize content development on behalf of business partners

## Requirements

*   Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices
*   Bachelor or Master in marketing, communications, journalism or related discipline
*   3-5 years of SEO experience
*   Strong communication skills
*   Excellent grammar, punctuation and spelling skills
*   Experience with WordPress
*   Strong experience with relevant tools (e.g. SemRush, MOZ, ahrefs, Majestic SEO, Screaming Frog,…) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Data Studio,…)
*   Strong knowledge of content marketing strategy and channels
*   Ability to analyze and present content and social performance
*   French speaking native, with good english oral and written communication skills; dutch knowledge is a strong plus

KEY EXPERIENCES AND COMPETENCIES:

The ideal candidate will have deep enterprise SaaS experience and/or have deep experience in B2B businesses. S/he will pride him/herself on being ahead of the market. S/he will be passionate about identifying and prioritizing strategic Marketing Communication opportunities and driving overall strategy while being hands on operational tasks.

S/he will be responsible for driving all metrics around SEO to improve ROI.
