In this journey, we are looking for a Key Account Manager to create a long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The ideal candidate is proactive and passionate about our products and the clients they serve. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire customer experience.

## Tasks

*   Self-reliant initiation and development of sustainable relationships with media agencies and direct clients
*   Selling ShowHeroes Group media: online video and CTV solution
*   Development and evolution of a strong go-to-market strategy
*   Utilize and build on your existing network of contacts among agencies and clients
*   Manage a broad range of communications strategies to reach and engage your agencies and clients - including e-mail communication, virtual meetings and presentations and face-to-face engagement wherever possible.
*   Be an expert of video content and advertising solutions to your clients, contacts and to the wider media industry

## Requirements

*   Native Finnish and good English skills
*   3+ years experience in digital media sales and/or media agencies
*   A strong, existing personal network among media agencies and direct client decision-makers
*   A deep understanding of common digital marketing concepts
*   Goal-driven mindset
*   Willingness to take responsibility
