We are now looking for a Senior People Business Partner to join our People Team as a maternity cover for an initial period of 10-12 months. We work remote-first across Europe, so you can work where you personally feel most comfortable.

Aufgaben
- You are the contact person for all managers and advise them on employee-related matters and on strategic communication.
- Together with the department heads, you are responsible for and develop the internal "Sherpany Career Framework" for our Sherpanees in order to promote individual success and employee retention.
- You act as a confidant to all Sherpanees to take the pulse of the organization and identify concerns early on.
- You will be responsible for employee offboarding - including labor law issues, negotiations, documentation, reference letters and exit interviews.
- You will lead monthly leadership training for all members of the leadership team and coach them to develop and strengthen their leadership skills
- You are the expert for all questions concerning (international) labor law and find the best possible solution for all parties involved (of course with the support of local lawyers).
Qualifikation
- You have extensive experience as an HR business partner and have successfully managed and implemented cross-functional HR projects.
- You are an excellent communicator, quickly build trusting relationships with internal stakeholders and ideally have coaching experience.

- You understand the dynamics and challenges of a scale-up from both a business and personnel perspective.
