We are looking for an additional Office Consulat to support our Sales Team. This is a B2B sales role with strong focus on client relationship managment and helping clients to find their ideal office solution.

Tasks

As an Office Consultant, you will play a crucial role in promoting and matching the offices on our platform with potential tenants. You will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, understanding their business needs, and finding the right office solutions from our portfolio. Your primary goal will be to meet and exceed sales targets, while ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Acquisition: You'll mainly work inbound leads, but to some extent the role will also require outreach to target potential clients through various channels.
  2. Consultative Selling: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' requirements and propose tailored serviced office solutions that meet their specific needs.
  3. Office Tours: Arrange and conduct office tours for prospective clients, showcasing office spaces and amenities.
  4. Negotiation: Prepare and negotiate lease agreements, ensuring terms and conditions align with the client's expectations and company policies.
  5. Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies to remain competitive in the serviced office industry.
  6. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, lead generation, and client interactions using CRM software.
  7. Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients and assist in resolving any operational issues.

Requirements

  • You have previously worked in a sales position for at least a year, preferably in a B2B position
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
