We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst (IT Management) to support enterprise IT, digital service, and service modernization initiatives within a complex public-sector environment. This role will augment an existing Service Design & Delivery team, supporting strategic initiatives through strong business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and documentation practices.
The ideal candidate brings extensive experience working across IT, digital platforms, and governance frameworks, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements while aligning with cybersecurity and digital standards.
Tasks
Business & Service Analysis
- Lead end-to-end business analysis activities for IT and digital initiatives
- Elicit, analyze, validate, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements
- Translate business needs into user stories, specifications, process models, and service design artifacts
- Support service design and delivery initiatives aligned with digital standards
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, cybersecurity teams, and vendors
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, discovery sessions, and review meetings
- Provide advisory support to senior stakeholders on business process improvement and IT enablement
IT & Digital Enablement
- Support initiatives involving enterprise systems, digital platforms, data solutions, and cybersecurity services
- Assess business and operational impacts of system changes
- Contribute to solution analysis, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit evaluations
Governance & Documentation
- Prepare and maintain high-quality documentation, including:
- Business cases
- Requirements traceability matrices
- Process maps and workflows
- Service models and operational readiness documents
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and delivery frameworks
- Support milestone-based reporting and deliverable tracking
Delivery Support
- Collaborate with project managers, service designers, and technical leads throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Support testing activities, including UAT planning, test scenario development, and defect triage
- Assist with change management, knowledge transfer, and transition to operations
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex IT environments
- Strong experience in IT management, service design, or digital transformation initiatives
- Expertise in requirements gathering, business process modeling, and stakeholder facilitation
- Experience working in public-sector or regulated environments
- Familiarity with cybersecurity, digital services, or enterprise IT platforms
- Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills
