sera Gruppe

201-500

We inspire our customers worldwide with our innovative products and services, and create added value for people and the environment. As a long-established medium-sized group of companies with over 300 colleagues at six sites in Germany and abroad, we are driving forward our international growth and our transformation into a modern, values-driven and people-focused organisation with a flat hierarchy, a culture of trust and short decision-making processes.

Aufgaben

Developing technical system solutions in the field of dosing technology based on customer enquiries

Designing and costing systems during the quotation phase, as well as providing in-depth advice right through to the final customer solution

Providing technical advice to customers on applications, system solutions and their integration into existing processes, both on-site at the customer’s premises and at trade fairs and specialist conferences

Reliable management of customer projects

Building and maintaining international networks and customer relationships

Close cooperation with our in-house sales, application engineering and service teams

Travel within the EU and to non-EU countries for sales meetings and technical discussions

Qualifikation

You have completed a state-certified technician qualification or a degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics or process engineering. Proficiency in standard MS Office applications is as much a part of your day-to-day work as working with ERP and CRM systems; knowledge of standard AutoCAD systems would be an advantage. You have business-fluent English and are keen to understand client processes and to develop suitable technical solutions in collaboration with the client. Furthermore, you are characterised by a customer-focused approach, strong communication skills and a flexible way of working. Ideally, you already have 2 to 4 years’ professional experience in international project management and would be open to the possibility of a longer-term assignment at one of our sera subsidiaries, for example in the UK, Austria, Switzerland or Germany.

Benefits

A varied, responsible role in a dynamic, forward-looking and values-driven international company where you certainly won’t get bored!

Technical products that allow you to create added value for people and the environment!

The freedom to develop and implement your own ideas and make a difference!

And the best is saved for last: colleagues who see themselves as a team, who support one another and enjoy celebrating successes together, as well as a good, performance-based salary with comprehensive benefits!

We look forward to receiving your detailed application, stating your desired salary and your earliest possible start date.
