- Enter and update information in HubSpot and Bilbo, under the supervision of the Revenue Operations Specialist
- Daily verification of the completeness of key fields on deals (pricing, entity, currency, pipeline stage, close date, account manager)
- Report discrepancies between HubSpot and Bilbo (products, quantities, pricing, billing schedule)
- Follow up with sales teams to resolve errors
- Implement process improvements and preventive measures for continuous improvement
- Participate in weekly pipeline audits: identify duplicates, incomplete records, and inconsistent statuses
- Update product catalogs and price lists in both systems
Organizational support and documentation
- Assist with updating processes and standard operating procedures in Notion
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks in the Finance department
This list is neither exhaustive nor limiting: the work-study student may be assigned additional tasks related to their field of study.
