As the Backend Development Team Lead, you will spearhead the creation of our products, guaranteeing they fulfill our rigorous criteria for quality, user-friendliness, and scalability. The perfect candidate possesses extensive expertise in C# and mobile development. You will oversee a group of developers, ensuring their work is productive, efficient, and delivered within deadlines and budget constraints.

• Direct the development team in designing, building, and delivering top-notch software solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and devise software solutions
• Establish the roadmap, prioritize features, and ensure timely, on-budget delivery
• Develop and maintain software applications using C# and mobile technologies
• Engage in system design and architecture, guaranteeing scalability, security, and performance
• Design, develop, and test new features in applications
• Review code, ensuring the team follows best practices and coding standards
• Identify and address technical risks, and optimize development processes for efficiency and effectiveness

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, focusing on backend development
• Profound knowledge of C#
• Familiarity with mobile development, preferably with Flutter experience
• Experience in third-party integration and API development
• Prior experience in the fintech industry is highly desirable
• Robust leadership and management abilities
• Solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns
• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented approach
