We are Semrush, a global IT company developing our own product – a platform for digital marketers. New stars are born here, so don’t miss your chance.  
This role is for 

## UI/UX Designers with a strong engineering mindset who are dedicated to maintaining user-friendly design system, create hypotheses and test them, and are not afraid to experiment.  

## Tasks in the role

* Develop a design system, work with requests from designers: maintain a backlog of design tasks, discuss design solutions with other development teams, and collect requirements (as design documentation and ready-to-use components in Figma).
* Develop and maintain multiple internal and external Figma design libraries so that your colleagues can use them conveniently: work with analytics, learn best practices, look for optimization solutions, etc. Get ready to become a Figma nerd; there is no other way! :)
* Keep design documentation up to date: texts and illustrations.
* Create high-quality visual solutions based on prototypes and design systems.
* Support design at the development stage and check solutions.
* Conduct interface audits for compliance with design system requirements.
* Participate in discussions in the general design system team channel and in design channels. Detective skills may be required! :)

## Requirements

## Who we are looking for

* Three years of experience as a UX/UI or product designer.
* English at an intermediate level or above (we write documentation in English, with support from technical writers).
* Practical experience with design systems, UI kits: creation, support, and use.
* Experience or willingness to learn how to write design documentation.
* Experience in developing complex interfaces with many tables, diagrams, and graphs.
* Ability to qualitatively review a finished interface at the development stage and after.
* Experience with interface accessibility will be a big plus.
* Experience with analytics and data-driven approach will be a plus.
* Ability to organize your own work process independently and responsibly.
* Excellent knowledge of Figma (libraries, components, analytics, tokens, etc.).
* Ability to work with analytics: Google Analytics, Amplitude, etc.
* Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and understanding of the web. Knowledge and experience with other technologies is a big plus. Interest in code and digging into it is a very big plus.
* Knowledge and understanding of Git is a big plus. Work with code (for example, on GitHub or GitLab) via GUI or console.

## A bit about the team

The UI Kit Team develops the . This is a large open-source library of React components that all teams at Semrush use. The unites and unifies the interfaces of the company and our third-party vendors, giving users a sense of uniformity and integrity and developers and designers—a complete, understandable library of components. 

Now, we really need another UX/UI designer on the team, ready to solve complex problems and make independent decisions.
