Sales Manager (incoming calls)

We are a growing online platform and concierge service for yacht booking.

Your responsibilities will include communication with company customers — on the one hand, and coordination of their requests for yacht rental in charter companies — on the other.

The main task is to help the client make a booking (reservation) of the yacht upon his request.

–Ring incoming requests from customers.

–Sending a selection of boats according to their requirements.

–Calls to the customer database with the offer of special conditions.

–Knowledge of English (you need to communicate with customers).

–Experience in B2C sales or Call center is an advantage.

–Ability to work efficiently in multitasking and high-speed mode.
