Bei Taleroo arbeitest du an der Entwicklung und Auslieferung neuer Features über ein modernes **Next.js 14 Frontend** und einen **Flask (RESTX) Service-Backend**. Du baust performante, barrierearme und zuverlässige Produkte, die messbaren Impact liefern – und arbeitest eng mit Product, Design und Data Science zusammen.

## Tasks

*   Entwickeln, ausliefern und warten von Taleroo-Features in **Next.js (App Router, TS)** und **Flask APIs**
*   UI-Implementierung mit **Tailwind + shadcn/ui + Framer Motion**, Formular-Workflows mit **React Hook Form + Zod**, Datenhandling mit **TanStack Query**
*   Integration von Plattform-Services: **Firebase Auth**, **Stream** (Chat/Video), **Kaltura**, **PostHog**, **Stripe**
*   Gestaltung klarer Backend-Strukturen mit **Service- & Data-Access-Layers (SOLID)**, typisierten DTOs/Schemas und sauberem Error Handling
*   Schreiben von Unit- und Integrationstests; Instrumentierung von Features mit **PostHog** zur Wirkungsmessung
*   Sicherstellen von Performance, Accessibility (WCAG-Basics) und Zuverlässigkeit (Retries, Timeouts, Fallbacks)
*   Zusammenarbeit mit PO, Design und Data Science zur Umsetzung strategischer Schritte in nutzbare UI und geprüfte APIs
*   Teilnahme an Code Reviews, Tech-Design-Dokumenten und leichten RFCs

## Requirements

**_Minimum Qualifications (Must-haves)_**

*   3+ Jahre Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Webprodukten mit **React/Next.js** und mindestens 1 starkem Python-API-Projekt
*   Fundierte **TypeScript**\-Kenntnisse; sicher im Umgang mit Server Components, Routing, Caching und Forms
*   Erfahrung mit Service/DAL-Layern, Input Validation, Error Taxonomy und Logging
*   Vertraut mit Docker, Environment Configs und einfachem CI
*   Testing-Skills: Unit vs. Integration Tests, Testen von React Forms und Flask Endpoints
*   Analytics-Mindset: Instrumentierung von User Journeys, KPI-Verifikation nach Release
*   Kommunikation auf Englisch (B2+); Deutsch ist ein Plus und Bereitschaft, deutsche UI-Texte aus Spezifikationen zu erstellen
