Aufgaben
- Support in recording and reviewing travel expense reports
- Maintain and update travel data in internal systems
- Communicate with employees to clarify questions
- Assist in preparing evaluations and reports
- Perform general administrative tasks in the HR/Finance area
Qualifikation
- Enrolled student at an university
- Interest in administrative processes and a good head for numbers
- Careful, structured, and reliable working style
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Ideally, first experience with travel expense or accounting systems
- Fluent in German and English
