As a copywriter, you will be responsible for crafting compelling and persuasive copy that effectively drives engagement and spurs the growth of our English-speaking client communities. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for storytelling, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to adapt their writing style to different brands and industries.

You will work closely with our clients and internal team members to develop engaging and effective copy for a variety of marketing materials, including website content, blog posts, social media posts, email campaigns, advertisements, and more. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with our designers, marketers, and CSMs to ensure that the copy aligns with the client’s overall brand strategy and objectives.

**Start date:**

You should be available latest 01.01.24 with min. 20h/week. You should increase your hours to 30-40h until 01.02.24. But you are also very welcome to start in 2023 already with 40h/week.

**Salary:**

Salary depends on location and experience and is between R30,000 and R50,000 or EUR 1,500 and 2,500.

SAWOO is a young, 20-person company from Munich that usually works remotely. We build communities for management consultancies around their target clients to help them drive sales.

To achieve this, we employ a number of community-building strategies that leverage social media (specifically LinkedIn), email newsletters, conferences, in-person meetups, blogging, and more.

Our clients include: H&Z, BearingPoint, diconium strategy, Bitkom, GETEC, eGym Wellpass and Speedinvest.

## Tasks

*   Identify and write engaging social media posts by repurposing insights and learnings from podcast interviews
*   Use our best-practice templates to write entertaining and valuable copy for our clients’ email newsletters
*   Drive followers, newsletter subscriptions and website traffic with high-quality written copy
*   Write deep-dive SEO-optimized case studies and articles based on insights shared by subject-matter experts who appear as podcast guests
*   Continually evaluate internal processes and identify opportunities to improve the quality and efficiency of our service offerings
*   Collaborate directly with our clients to establish the best tone of voice and style guidelines for their community

## Requirements

*   Native English speaker
*   Proven experience as a B2B copywriter
*   Strong research skills
*   Ability to grasp complex concepts quickly
*   Process-driven
*   Ability to adapt writing style to different brands and industries
*   Direct and open communicator
*   Attention to detail and ability to proofread and edit your own work
*   Positive, solution-oriented thinker with an ‘anything is possible’ attitude
*   Proficient in using digital tools and platforms for content creation and distribution

**Bonus skills (not required):**

*   German language
*   Experience with building online or in-person communities
*   Experience with workflow management tools and CMSs

You only have to be available for our weekly fixed meetings. In addition, we meet physically about 1–2 weeks per half year to work together on topics in teams (these meetups are compulsory - a willingness to travel for this is necessary).
