As a Metafin Financial Advisor, you will:

• 🤝 Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients based on transparency and trust.
• 📊 Offer tailored financial advice and recommend Shariah-compliant and conventional financial solutions aligned with client goals.
• 📈 Use our AI-driven advisor app to track leads, manage performance, automate reporting, and stay on top of your business metrics.
• 🧠 Stay up to date on product knowledge, regulatory requirements, and financial trends.
• 💬 Engage in regular client reviews, goal assessments, and portfolio adjustments.

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• 🎓 Matric + RE5 certification (NQF 5 with 120 credits is preferred)
• 🕓 Minimum 2 years of experience in financial services or sales
• 📍 Be based in Cape Town (Atlantic Seaboard area)
• ✔️ Clear credit and criminal records
• 💸 Consistent minimum earnings of no less than R15,000 to be considered in the interview process.
• 🔗 A growth mindset and a willingness to learn and lead in a digital-first environment
