For our client, an ambitious Online Travel Agency (OTA), we are looking for a German-speaking Business Development Manager for purchasing hotel stays in Europe (Scandinavia, Germany, Austria, Italy, etc.). Our client is a fast-moving international online leisure company with around 100 employees, focusing on selling short-term hotel breaks to Danish, Swedish, Norwegian and German consumers. The company is growing successfully by promoting and selling competitive value-for-money packaged short-term hotel stays in 15 countries across Europe to guests that need a break now and then from everyday life.

**Job Content:**

As Business Development Manager you contact existing or new hotels by phone or via online meeting platforms (Zoom, MS Teams) for pre-qualification, booking of meetings, close last-minute deals on the spot, lead or take part in negotiations and successfully close top hotel offers.

This includes:

You are a doer, creative, trader and courageous dealmaker

You are goal-focused: setting, tracking, executing and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly goals

You lead and manage your own hotel portfolio

You lead by demonstrating excellent people skills

You are a happy telemarketer always enjoying selling and buying

You have very high interpersonal and communication skills

## Requirements

**Experience that will support your success:**

You have experience in outbound and/or online / sales

**You speak fluent German and English - essential!**wn key accounts

You have managed and executed online / telemarketing sales campaigns

You have successfully built very good commercial relationships with new and existing key account partners

You have year on year increased your sales volume

**You speak a fluent German and English - essential!**
