Your Mission as Senior Expert Agricultural Machinery Development:

As a Senior Expert, you will play a pivotal role in driving the technical advancement of next-generation agricultural equipment. You will act as a key interface, contributing your expertise to help our client expand its technological leadership. Working closely with international expert teams, you will foster knowledge transfer and actively advance innovative solutions for the future.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead R&D and development projects for agricultural machinery, focusing on efficiency, reliability, and innovation
• Identify and implement technical innovations in product design and performance
• Provide technical coaching and mentoring to international development teams
• Advise on methods, systems architecture, and future-proof technologies
• Manage interfaces between internal departments, stakeholders, and external development partners
• Support global knowledge exchange and the introduction of international standards

Your Profile

Technical

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or a similar field (Ph.D. desirable but not essential)
• At least 10 years of experience in R&D or product development with OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers
• Profound knowledge in product innovation and optimization
• Experience with companies such as John Deere or Case New Holland is a strong advantage

Personal

• Analytical, solution-oriented mindset with a strong hands-on approach
• Intercultural competence and international experience
• Excellent command of English (other languages are a plus)
• Willingness for occasional international business travel (primarily remote/hybrid)
