## Tasks

*   Engaged in the company's technology development planning management, product line management, product development process management;
*   Responsible for the company's technical team planning, establishment, training, and development;
*   Responsible for the company's strategic and major technical project management;
*   Responsible for technology exchanges and cooperation globally.

## Requirements

**Educational background**:  
Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in chemical industry;  
**Work experience**:  
more than 10 years of experience in technology development and management in global leading industrial coatings enterprises;  
**Technical expertise**:  
proficient in technical management, keen insight into products and markets, and leadership in key technical problem solving;  
**Management ability**:  
strong capabilities in organization, coordination and communication.
