## About the role

At Ryte, we have committed ourselves to optimize the website user experience that businesses provide to their customers. In order to do this, we have developed a platform for sustainable, secure, and high-performing websites.  
As an addition to our Growth Marketing team we are looking for a CRM Marketing Manager (m/f/d).  

## Roles & Responsibilities

* You promote customer acquisition campaigns that positively influence lead generation and ROI
* You plan and manage multi-channel automated marketing campaigns
* You reviewing existing marketing campaigns across the business and automate processes where appropriate
* You are responsible for the CRM specific development and implementation of generating leads in order to support lead qualification
* Implementing lead evaluation practices to enable higher conversions of quality leads
* Carrying out A/B testing on automated marketing campaigns to maximize results
* Ensuring all platforms within the business communicate with each other to avoid discrepancies
* Analyze data, evaluate campaigns and present a KPI report to management on a regular basis
* Recommend innovative automated marketing approaches to capture revenue growth opportunities
* Work with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Partner Management) to establish strategies to support Ryte’s revenue and brand building goals in the markets

## Required skills & Expertise

* Previous experience using marketing automation platforms such as Pardot, Marketo and Hubspot as a Poweruser (minimum)
* Strong analytical mindset and an ability to analyse campaigns
* Good understanding of landing pages and coding such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript or similar
* Relevant industry experience would be a strong advantage
* Excellent email marketing and campaign experience is essential
* Demonstrate your ability to be proactive and to drive an environment of continuous improvement
* Strong project management skills
* Ensure that there is a focus retained on revenue generating projects
* You have the ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional departments
