Role Responsibilities:

📈 Drive New Business Opportunities

As a key part of our team, you’ll inspire companies to maximize employee-driven innovation through rready’s platform. You’ll generate and nurture leads through networking, inbound strategies, and outbound campaigns, owning the sales cycle from lead to close, including contract negotiations.

🚀 Funnel Management & Demand Generation

You will manage a dynamic sales funnel, from lead generation to conversion, using strategic funnel management and demand generation techniques. You’ll maintain a robust pipeline, leveraging CRM best practices to keep every interaction with prospects up-to-date, organized, and strategically optimized.

🎯 Achieve and Exceed Sales Targets

As a true ‘quota crusher,’ you aim to exceed expectations and drive impressive results through your experience in sales, pipeline management, and data-driven demand generation. Supported by a dedicated team, you’ll continuously push your performance to the next level.

🙋🏾‍♀️ Collaborate and Innovate

Work closely with your teammates across sales, customer success, and marketing to keep feedback loops strong. Be the voice of your prospects, providing insights to help us improve our product offerings and processes.

📢 Be a Brand Ambassador

Represent rready online and offline, pitching our vision and products to prospective clients. Educate and engage customers throughout their journey with rready, attending conferences and events to connect with decision-makers in corporate innovation.

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications

✅ Minimum 3-4 years of experience in enterprise (!) B2B Saas sales. Experience within the innovation-/ idea management sector is a plus!

✅ A track record of exceeding sales quotas.

✅ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

✅ English proficiency (German or other languages is a plus).

✅ Proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot, outreach tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.

✅ Startup mindset—adaptable, self-motivated, and eager to grow with us.

✅ Swiss work permit (B) or EU/EEA residency for Zurich-based employees | Residence within Europe for remote employees
