Are you a data-driven sales/ marketing enthusiast with a talent for funnel optimization and lead generation? rready is looking for a Demand Generation Specialist to help drive pipeline growth and conversion through targeted, high-impact strategies. Key Responsibilities

📈 Drive Sales-Qualified Leads

  • Execute targeted campaigns across digital channels to generate high-quality leads and support the sales pipeline.
  • Optimize the lead funnel from MQL to SQL, driving engagement and conversions at each stage.

📊 Funnel Optimization & Data Analysis

  • Analyze data to optimize the funnel and improve lead conversion rates, ensuring a steady flow of sales-ready leads.
  • Leverage HubSpot for lead scoring, CRM tracking, and campaign insights to refine strategies in real-time.

🎯 Targeted Outreach & Segmentation

  • Create segmented lists and personalized outreach to maximize relevance and engagement.
  • Collaborate with sales to align on messaging, insights, and feedback to ensure the highest lead quality and readiness.

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications

✅ 3+ years in demand generation or B2B sales support, ideally in SaaS.

✅ Expertise in HubSpot and CRM-based lead management.

✅ Strong analytical skills with a proven track record in funnel optimization and lead conversion.

✅ Results-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects.
