Room Estate has been active in coliving since 2014 and has been expanding its activities in French-speaking Switzerland since 2020. As part of its development, the company is now looking for a real estate employee.

As a real estate associate, you will deal with issues related to the maintenance and rental of our communities. Above all, you will ensure that our tenants can move in and out without any problems and you will be the point of contact in case of need.

Working with Alara, our head of management, you will help optimize our processes. You will get to know all areas of the company and discover a young and ambitious team.

• You are the point of contact for our tenants and assist them when needed
• You are in contact with our various partners, tradespeople, and service providers
• Administrative processing related to the conclusion and termination of contracts as well as rent payments
• Organization of room check-ins and check-outs
• Invoice control (allocation, re-invoicing, transfer)
• General support for our regional managers

• You are an excellent team player and have good communication skills
• You have a very good knowledge of French and English (spoken and written)
• You have a business degree and are proficient in Microsoft Office 365 programs
• You have a strong affinity for digital platforms and business models and are willing to familiarize yourself with new programs and apps
• You have a strong sense of initiative and are able to solve problems independently
• You present yourself in a confident and professional manner, you are communicative and you enjoy working with people
• You already work in the real estate sector as a property manager or you are interested in learning this profession
• Category B driver's license (car) and willing to work in the field
• BONUS: you have knowledge of German
