Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Appointment Setter to join our team. This role is crucial in helping us build relationships with potential clients by scheduling appointments with key decision-makers in the US and Indian markets. As an Appointment Setter, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business development efforts, ensuring a steady flow of leads for our sales team.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and other communication platforms.
- Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team with decision-makers in the B2B, B2C, and B2B SaaS markets.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of ROI Boosters to prospects.
- Gather and organize data from multiple platforms (LinkedIn, CRM systems, databases, etc.) to identify and engage high-potential leads.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls, emails, and interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads to ensure they are well-informed and interested in the company’s offerings.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve appointment-setting processes.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Experience in the B2B, B2C, and B2B SaaS markets – strong understanding of how these sectors operate.
- Proficient in data gathering from various platforms such as LinkedIn, Google, CRM tools, and databases to identify and track potential clients.
- Proven experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or sales development, ideally within the US or Indian markets.
- Familiarity with outreach tools and CRM systems (experience with platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, etc., is a plus).
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
