SEO Team Lead

At Rocket Digital we are looking for a SEO Team Lead to join the Media&Acquisition Team.

The SEO Team Lead plays a critical role in driving the success of our SEO initiatives by developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies for existing and new business . This role involves overseeing a team of 7 SEO Specialists, ensuring that tactical tasks align with strategic goals, and contributing to the growth and visibility of our digital presence as an agency.

The role ✨

The SEO Strategist Team Lead will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Tech, Social Media, Growth, Paid, Studio and Analytics to optimize website performance and increase organic traffic of our clients.

Main areas of work:

DEVELOPMENT OF THE SEO AREA

• Definition of Best Practices and service quality standards.

• Definition and improvement of methodology and processes.

TEAM MANAGEMENT

• Management of loadability and allocation of resources.
• Team career development and 121s with Specialists.
• Detection, management and resolution of problems, Red Flags, Risks or Others.
• Detection of training needs and planning of training actions.

NEW BUSINESS

• Strategic support in NB and Upsell EB proposals.

OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT

• Operational monitoring of Top Clients.
• SEO support in the definition of strategies and tasks.
• Promotion of internal and cross-channel synergies, commercial and team synergies.

Qualifications 📜

• You have a minimum of 5 years experience in SEO
• you have experience in team management
• You have agency experience
• Languages: fluently spoken and written Spanish and English. Italian will be a plus..
