To further strengthen the sales team in Italy, we are looking for an **Area Sales Manager (m/f/d)** to join as soon as possible.

## Tasks

*   Drive sales of **high-precision measurement and testing systems** to customers in Italy.
*   **Identify new business opportunities** and build long-term customer relationships – from initial contact to deal closure.
*   **Manage the entire sales process independently**, from prospecting to contract negotiation and successful completion.
*   **Analyse market potential** and implement targeted sales strategies to expand business opportunities.
*   Provide **professional leadership and guidance** to Sales Engineers, ensuring successful market development.

## Requirements

*   **Strong background in electrical engineering** or a related field, ideally with additional qualifications (e.g., Master Craftsman, Technician, or Bachelor’s degree).
*   **3–5 years of experience** in a technical or sales-related position, ideally in an international setting.
*   Proficiency in **customer consulting, proposal preparation, and CRM systems**, along with MS Office skills.
*   **Excellent communication and negotiation skills**, combined with a strong customer focus and service mindset.
*   **Self-driven, goal-oriented, and motivated to achieve success** in a dynamic sales environment.
*   **Fluent in Italian and English (C1 level);** German is a plus but not required.
*   **Willingness to travel** within Italy.
