Signing Bonus

£250 signing bonus when you work a minimum of 60 hours during the first month. Terms and conditions apply.

Refer-a-Friend Bonus

Earn £250 for every Solihull Council PHV-licensed driver you refer who joins us and completes their first two months working their contractual hours. Terms and conditions apply.

• Drive passengers safely and reliably in the Bristol area
• Accept ride requests via our driver app and manage trips efficiently
• Offer friendly, professional service and assist passengers where needed
• Contribute to a service that improves everyday mobility – including for wheelchair passengers

• Minimum age of 21 years
• South Gloucestershire PHV licence
• Full UK driving license held for at least 12 months
• Strong driving skills and a calm driving style
• Friendly, courteous and professional demeanour
• Good English skills (B2 level or higher)
• Openness to working flexible schedules, including evenings or weekends
• Previous experience in passenger transport is an advantage, but not necessary

• Take-home pay rate up to £20 per hour
• Fixed rates plus frequent opportunities to earn bonus payments
• Independent contractor relationship with flexible working hours
• Service hours: Monday to Saturday, 7.00am to 7.00pm
• Modern vehicles provided by us – no need for your own car
• A supportive team on site to help you at any point
