We are searching for a:

People Service Specialist

The People Service Specialist administers the processes and executes administrative tasks required to support the employee lifecycle activities and respond to HR queries. This role contributes to a People Services operation which creates an outstanding employee experience.

Main responsibilities are:

• Managing employee documentation, including employee records, contracts, and leave processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Acting as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries via phone, chat, and case management tools; identifying issues and delivering effective solutions for employees and managers
• Supporting the HR function and business lines by handling day-to-day HR requests and questions from employees and people managers
• Providing operational support in the management and maintenance of HR systems, ensuring data quality and process efficiency
• Measuring, analyzing, and reporting HR service data to identify areas for improvement and support solution recommendations
• Supporting onboarding policies, processes, and learning material creation, ensuring a smooth and positive employee experience from day one

What we are looking for in you:

• English and Italian language proficiency at the C1–C2 level.
• Experience working in an HR team
• Solid understanding of HR processes and operations.
• Experience with ticketing systems is considered an asset.
• Strong and effective communication skills are essential for success in this role.
