Sales & BDR Working Student

🔥 You love talking to people. You're the first on the dancefloor and the last to leave the booth at trade fairs.

At rhome, we’re making cross-border work effortless. We're looking for an energetic, proactive student who wants to help us generate leads, motivate the team, and become the face of our brand at fairs and events.

Your responsibilities

• Represent rhome at trade shows, fairs, and networking events
• Engage with visitors, collect leads, and keep the energy high
• Motivate and organize the team before and during events
• Occasionally support with outbound messaging and lead follow-ups

What you bring

• You're extroverted, confident, and quick on your feet
• You enjoy high-energy environments and love meeting new people
• You’ve worked in sales, hospitality, or student initiatives before
• You speak fluent German and strong English
