Backend Developer – IT-Consultant (m/w/d)

Who are we looking for?

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Backend Developer – IT Consultant (m/f/d) who will support us in implementing our innovative software solutions for insurance companies and successfully delivering tailored IT projects for our customers.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop business-critical custom and standard software solutions for insurance companies.
• Implement and customize our software products in customer projects and internal initiatives.
• Advise customers and support them in the use of our software solutions.

• Collaborate closely with customers, business analysts, and development teams to ensure successful project delivery.

  Your Profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in developing applications based on Java EE.
• Solid knowledge of Java development (Java EE), relational databases (SQL), and software modeling and design.
• Experience in IT projects within the insurance industry is an advantage.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel occasionally for customer projects.
• German language skills are highly appreciated and considered a strong advantage.

• Good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
