RepMove is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Customer Success Representative to take ownership of our customer relationships from day one. You'll lead onboarding, drive product adoption, and serve as a trusted advisor to the field sales teams that rely on our platform every day.
This is not an entry-level role. We want someone who has been in the room, managed the relationship, and knows how to turn a new account into a long-term advocate. Tasks
- Lead structured onboarding programs for new customers via Microsoft Teams, ensuring fast time-to-value and confident platform adoption
- Manage a portfolio of accounts post-onboarding, proactively monitoring engagement and flagging risk early
- Partner with Sales on account handoffs and expansion opportunities, helping identify upsell signals and at-risk accounts
- Coordinate with IT to resolve technical issues efficiently, owning the communication loop from ticket to resolution
- Track onboarding completions, account health, and customer satisfaction in HubSpot
- Contribute to the refinement of onboarding playbooks and customer-facing resources as our product evolves
Requirements
What You Bring
- 2–4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role at a SaaS company
- Proven ability to manage a customer portfolio and drive measurable outcomes like retention, adoption, and satisfaction
- A confident communicator who runs meetings, leads difficult conversations, and follows through without being reminded
- Hands-on experience with a CRM platform (HubSpot preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts without letting anything slip
- Comfortable with technical concepts and able to explain software features clearly to non-technical users
Nice to Have
- Experience with field sales, route planning, or CRM/ERP integrations
- Background supporting customers in industrial, distribution, or field service industries
- Interest in growing into a Customer Success Manager role as the team scales
