REPLUG is a leading mobile app marketing agency helping apps scale through App Store Optimization, Paid Acquisition, Performance-based advertising and Creative Strategy. We work with top brands and ambitious startups, providing data-driven strategies, hands-on expertise, and a no-BS approach to growth.
We are seeking a talented and motivated Content & Inbound Marketing Specialist to strengthen execution within our marketing function.
This is an execution-focused role for someone who enjoys turning direction into action and taking ownership of how content is distributed, tested, and improved.
Beyond repurposing, you will support social growth, short-form video, channel experimentation, and PR/outreach activities.
You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, contributing ideas, and helping marketing efforts move forward.

- Support content distribution by testing formats, hooks, and messaging to improve performance (engagement, reach, conversions).
Content Editing & Repurposing
- Repurpose existing long-form content (articles, documents, presentations) into short-form assets across formats (posts, carousels, video scripts, newsletters).
- Edit and refine content to improve clarity, structure, and consistency while adapting it for different channels and audiences.
- Ensure content is reusable and can be leveraged across multiple touchpoints (social, email, sales, partnerships).

- Manage drafts, assets, and scheduling to keep the pipeline moving
- Execute and support content across formats (posts, carousels, video, newsletters)
