REPLUG is a leading mobile app marketing agency helping apps scale through App Store Optimization, Paid Acquisition, Consulting, and OEM/Performance-based advertising. We work with top brands and ambitious startups, providing data-driven strategies, hands-on expertise, and a no-BS approach to growth.

We’re looking for a hands-on closer, someone who’s been in the trenches selling AdTech or performance-based ads.

We’ve grown fast, mostly through inbound and founder-led sales. But now we need someone who can take over and push things further, especially on outbound.

This role can fit a Senior Sales Manager ready to step up. If you’re coming from corporate with layers of support and SDRs feeding you leads, this isn’t for you.

You’ll own revenue growth in the performance space, focusing on channels that deliver measurable ROI

Tasks

  • Own deals end-to-end, from prospecting to closing, inbound and outbound.
  • Focus on performance-based products (OEMs, DSPs, AdNetworks, etc.), driving new business globally.
  • Lead and refine the outbound strategy to ensure a consistent, high-quality pipeline.
  • Collaborate directly with the founders on growth strategy and positioning.
  • Work with our marketing and content teams to sharpen our collateral and messaging.
  • Report directly to the founders. No layers. No politics.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years selling AdTech, performance marketing, or mobile growth services.
  • Proven closer with clear examples of deals and revenue impact.
  • Past roles: Senior AE, Sales Lead, Head of Sales, titles don’t matter, results do.
  • Deep understanding of mobile advertising ecosystems: attribution, MMPs, performance KPIs, media buying logic.
  • You must be fluent in English (any additional EU language is a nice-to-have)
  • Ideally, you should be available for industry travel (EMEA, MENA, US), with minimal VISA requirements
  • Nice to have: Direct experience in agencies or networks.
