REPLUG is a leading mobile app marketing agency specializing in OEM advertising and performance marketing. We help mobile-first companies scale efficiently by leveraging on-device media buying, data-driven strategies, and deep industry expertise.
We’re growing our OEM division and are looking for a performance-driven OEM Media Buyer & AdOps Specialist who will take full ownership of campaign execution and OEM partner relationships. This isn’t a standard media buyer role, you’ll operate at the intersection of media buying, AdOps, and strategic growth.
Your job will be to launch, optimize, and scale app marketing campaigns across OEM platforms (like Xiaomi, Appnext, Digital Turbine, etc.) and DSPs/AdNetworks, while also owning partner relationships, staying on top of platform changes, and driving performance across a portfolio of high-growth mobile apps.
Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is a must for managing key OEM partnerships and staying deeply connected with the ecosystem. You’ll work cross-functionally with our Strategy and Client Success teams, but you’ll be expected to own results and proactively stay ahead of the curve.
