We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will focus on:

  1. Identifying new prospects globally
  2. Qualifying prospects (both outbound and inbound)
  3. Booking meetings with qualified leads for the Head of Growth
  4. Acting as a brand ambassador for REPLUG, promoting the company and its values through a variety of activities, including events

You will be working closely with the Head of Growth & Co-founder of the company, which will give you direct insights on how to improve and master the art of sales.

Tasks

  • Lead generation using prospecting tools such as Apollo, ZeroBounce, Apptica, Data ai, Apptweak
  • Conducting email outreach activities
  • Lead qualification primarily via email, progressing to phone interactions and deal negotiation
  • Managing and ensuring accuracy of data in the CRM
  • Articulating REPLUG's offerings and values to prospects through email and phone communication
  • Thinking outside of the box to engage with prospects
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to enhance lead generation and qualification efforts

Requirements

  • 0 to 12 months of experience in a B2B sales-related role
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and strong work ethic
  • Eager to learn and connect with new prospects, fostering long-term relationships
  • Strong team player with a knack for close collaboration across teams
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English; business proficiency in either of one of the following languages is a plush: German, Spanish, French
  • Prior experience with prospecting tools is advantageous
