Tasks

RepairDesk is looking for a Product Analyst who sits at the intersection of customers, engineering, and product. You'll be the connective tissue that turns customer conversations into shipped features: talking directly with users, deciding what to build next, driving delivery with Dev and QA, and documenting it all clearly.

We're building AI into the core of our product, so we want someone who's genuinely excited about AI and has a sharp instinct for where it can create value.

  • Talk to customers: Run discovery calls, interviews, and feedback sessions to understand user needs, pain points, and how people actually use the product day to day.
  • Prioritize features: Translate customer insight and business goals into a clear, ranked backlog. Make the call on what ships next, and be able to explain why.
  • Define requirements: Write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria so the team knows exactly what to build and when it's done.
  • Own the roadmap: Help maintain and communicate a product roadmap, balancing customer requests, technical constraints, and business priorities.
  • Coordinate delivery: Work closely with Dev and QA to move features from idea to production: clarify edge cases, join sprint planning and backlog grooming, track progress, unblock the team, and confirm things work before they go live.
  • Measure what ships: Define success metrics for features, track adoption and impact after launch, and feed the learnings back into the roadmap.
  • Do the research: Keep an eye on competitors and market trends, and use data to back up product decisions.
  • Own documentation: Create and maintain clear product docs, release notes, and internal specs so customers and colleagues always know how things work.
  • Bring AI thinking: Spot opportunities to apply AI across the product and internal workflows, and help shape how we design and ship AI-driven features.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a product analyst, associate product manager, business analyst, or similar product role.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A real knack for AI: you follow the space, experiment with AI tools, know what's genuinely useful versus hype.
  • A structured, analytical approach to prioritization, comfortable weighing trade-offs with incomplete information.
  • Experience collaborating with engineering and QA teams to ship software.
  • Comfort working with product data and metrics to inform decisions.
