What You’ll Do:
- Identify opportunities for product improvement and contribute to strategic decisions.
- Stay ahead of trends, analyzing how new products meet market demands and customer preferences.
Collaborate:
- Partner with engineers and product managers to create MVPs while maintaining product excellence.
- Share your work in design reviews and gather feedback from leadership.
Improve:
- Iterate designs based on user feedback (quantitative & qualitative).
- Revise and refine designs to align with evolving customer needs.
Requirements
Experience:
- 1+ years of relevant design experience (portfolio required).
- Strong understanding of design systems and user-centered design principles.
- Familiarity with modern design tools and processes like facilitation, research, interaction, and visual design.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, balancing user needs with business goals.
Skills:
- Ability to write PRDs (requirement docs) if needed.
- Interest in product strategy and vision with a creative problem-solving mindset.
- Leadership qualities with a knack for influence and persuasion.
