Tasks

Join our team and play a key role in shaping the user experience by working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams. If you're passionate about solving user problems and contributing to product strategy, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify opportunities for product improvement and contribute to strategic decisions.
  • Stay ahead of trends, analyzing how new products meet market demands and customer preferences.

Collaborate:

  • Partner with engineers and product managers to create MVPs while maintaining product excellence.
  • Share your work in design reviews and gather feedback from leadership.

Improve:

  • Iterate designs based on user feedback (quantitative & qualitative).
  • Revise and refine designs to align with evolving customer needs.

Requirements

Experience:

  • 1+ years of relevant design experience (portfolio required).
  • Strong understanding of design systems and user-centered design principles.
  • Familiarity with modern design tools and processes like facilitation, research, interaction, and visual design.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, balancing user needs with business goals.

Skills:

  • Ability to write PRDs (requirement docs) if needed.
  • Interest in product strategy and vision with a creative problem-solving mindset.
  • Leadership qualities with a knack for influence and persuasion.
