Medical and Diagnostic Laboratories

Remi Health GmbH

About Remi Health
Remi Health is building the digital infrastructure layer for modern diagnostics in Europe.
Diagnostics are still fragmented: launching a new testing program often means weeks of vendor selection, operational setup, and custom integrations. Remi Health fixes that with a diagnostics-as-a-service platform that makes diagnostics simple, reliable, and scalable - helping partners launch faster, reduce operational overhead, and roll out across multiple markets via a single integration.
We're VC-backed, fast-growing, and operating at real scale: 1M+ tests completed, ~€5M raised, and live across 4 European markets with multiple insurance partners.
The Role
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to build and own Remi Health's marketing function from the ground up.
In this role, you will define how Remi Health shows up - to B2B partners, to the healthcare ecosystem, and to talent. You'll own positioning, content, campaigns, and channels end-to-end, operating confidently between strategic brand work and hands-on execution.
You'll collaborate closely with Founders, Sales, Product, and Partner Success. This role reports to the Founders.
<h2>Tasks</h2>
What you'll do
<ul>
<li>Own: Remi Health's B2B marketing strategy - positioning, messaging, content calendar, and channel mix that drives qualified inbound leads and partner awareness</li>
<li>Build: Marketing infrastructure from scratch - website content, case studies, whitepapers, email sequences, social presence (especially LinkedIn), and event marketing</li>
<li>Ship: Campaign execution for product launches, market entries, and partner announcements with speed and quality</li>
<li>Partner: Work closely with Sales to create enablement materials (decks, one-pagers, ROI calculators) and with Product on launch communications</li>
<li>Improve: Track performance (pipeline attribution, content engagement, event ROI), identify what works, and iterate fast</li>
</ul>
<h2>Requirements</h2>
What you'll need
<ul>
<li>Proven experience in B2B marketing (ideally healthtech, SaaS, or platform businesses) with clear ownership of outcomes</li>
<li>Strong execution skills: you can write compelling copy, design campaigns, and ship content without a large team</li>
<li>Experience building marketing from early stage - comfortable with ambiguity and setting your own priorities</li>
<li>High bar for quality: polished materials that work in a regulated healthcare environment</li>
<li>Strong written + verbal communication in German &amp; English</li>
</ul>
Nice to have
<ul>
<li>Experience in diagnostics, healthcare, healthtech, or regulated B2B markets</li>
<li>Familiarity with marketing tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Webflow, Figma, LinkedIn Ads)</li>
<li>Experience marketing to insurance companies, hospitals, or healthcare buyers</li>
<li>PR / comms experience for startup announcements and news</li>
</ul>
<h2>Benefits</h2>
Why you'll love working here
<ul>
<li>First marketing hire: you shape the function, not inherit someone else's playbook</li>
<li>Real impact: your work directly influences how quickly Remi Health wins new partners and enters new markets</li>
<li>Infrastructure story: complex, differentiated positioning challenge - not another me-too SaaS product</li>
<li>High ownership: autonomy, direct feedback loops, and fast decisions with the founders</li>
<li>Berlin base: Ku'damm office with hybrid working</li>
</ul>
Compensation &amp; benefits
<ul>
<li>Competitive salary (based on level and experience)</li>
<li>Optional: equity/VSOP if offered</li>
<li>Flexible working hours</li>
<li>Equipment budget</li>
<li>Team events / offsites</li>
</ul>
Our hiring process
We run a clear, structured process so you always know what’s next:
<ol>
<li>15-min founder call (department founder)</li>
<li>Deepdive interview in person (1 Founder + department lead)</li>
<li>Case study (task/presentation/spreadsheet depending on role)</li>
<li>Team loop (in person)</li>
</ol>
